lol, but isn't this dutch with norwegian subtitles, anybody? :-)
The funny thing is, I know people in my office who have to be taught to use programs this way this way.

Reminds me of days in tech support--and why I quit!

Just this morning I forgot my password after being on skiing hols for 2 weeks, came into the office, rang up IT dept and they said "well if you can't remember it, how the heck are we meant to?!"
